O klubu
Football club Adriatic was founded on May 25, 2010. Soon after its establishment, Adriatic quickly gained popularity among young footballers, surpassing all initial expectations regarding the interest of boys wanting to join our club.
Quantity soon evolved into quality, enabling Adriatic to successfully participate in league competitions in the 2010/11 season, achieving placements near the top in all leagues and even approaching championship titles in some categories.
The ultimate goal is to raise the quality level so that our club can equally compete with all top-tier Croatian clubs in the cadet and junior categories, given that we are already on par with the strongest teams in the beginner leagues.
It can confidently be stated that Adriatic positioned itself among the top three strongest youth setups in Dalmatia already in its first competitive season. Additionally, our club organizes two children's tournaments: the Adriatic Cup, held in February (won by Lokomotiv Moscow), and "First Steps," a competition for the youngest players, which gained popularity when the club's leader Franko Bogdan ran the football school of Vranjic's Omladinac. This Easter tournament is also the largest football event of its kind in this region.
Adriatic has solid foundations; our club's coaches are renowned for their expertise in youth training, so it is no surprise that parents trustfully bring their children to us for football development and fostering a sports-oriented mindset.
Our home ground is the artificial turf pitch near FESB and the pitch at Lora, and we strive to provide playing opportunities for every child who trains with us. In some categories, Adriatic has as many as five registered teams, with the first team being the highest quality, but young talents are also given opportunities through other teams to earn their place among the best.
Adriatic is a club with a positive and diligent atmosphere, and we firmly believe our great efforts will pay off, producing numerous top-league players, as well as young men who will proudly recall spending their youth in our club.
